Except for Venkayya Naidu in the BJP, no one else in that Party has a positive opinion on the TDP.
In a rude shock to the TDP, the union government has capped the borrowing of Andhra Pradesh in the third quarter of this year to Rs 2000 crore.
In this year, the Union government has allowed AP to borrow Rs 7000 crore in two installments, from various central bodies like NABARD.
For the third quarter, Chandrababu Naidu took out the begging bowl again for another Rs 4000 crore. But the BJP has sanctioned only Rs 2000 crore.
The reason? Crores of rupees are being spent on unproductive works by the AP government. Yes, this is the official reason!
If Naidu and his cabinet have any self-respect they should all defend themselves in the wake of such a horrendous allegation or else jump into the deepest well in Tulluru.
Sadly, for the people of AP, neither possibility is going to materialize.
