Going by Ashok’s words, people genuinely felt that he would somehow stall the bifurcation of the State. Alas, that was not to be so! He just proved to be an opportunist and also became close to Chandrababu. In fact he even started recommending the names of candidates to Naidu for the elections.
Today, Ashok Babu has issued a warning to the government that they will resort to massive protests if the government forces them to shift to the temporary capital of Mangalagiri without providing them first with proper housing arrangements. That’s Ashok Babu for you!
