There is lull in the capital zone in Andhra Pradesh capital. At one time, there was lots of speculation regarding AP capital land.
At one point, each acre cost over Rs 1 crore, however, in the past few days, the rates have stabilized due to various reasons.
Will the capital be developed as expected? Will the realtors make money as expected? Well, for now, there are no set answers for these questions.
Also, there is news that the government has put some restrictions on registrations. However, another version was that the rates might pick up once again after the ground-breaking ceremony. But all activity has been paused for now.
Meanwhile, the Prime Minister Narendra Modi will lay the foundation on Vijaya Dasami and till then there might not be much appreciation in prices. So the farmers and labour in capital zone have nothing much to do till further development.
