'Panasonic', the Japanese company is a household name across the world! The Chairman of ‘Panasonic’, Mr. Khajuhiro called on Prime Minister Modi and expressed his desire to be a part of the ‘Make-in-India’ initiative.
He also said that this company was looking at possible opportunities in building the 100 smart cities in India. ‘Panasonic’ has already constructed a huge techno park in Haryana in 2012.
Now we all know that Naidu has just returned from a trip to Japan and his visit was given unprecedented media hype and coverage.
Naidu met with all the leading industrialists of Japan including the ‘Prime Minister’ of Japan. Surely, if ‘Panasonic’ wants to invest in India now, AP ought to figure in its scheme of things, if Naidu’s tour was really a success.
After all that hype, if a company like ‘Panasonic’ doesn’t come to AP with at least a small project, then Naidu’s trip would have been in vain.
