Immediately after Sonia Gandhi announced the formation of Telangana a second time, CBN instead of condemning the move came in front of the media and asked for Rs 5 lakh crore for a new capital.
Right through his election campaign in AP, he kept criticizing the division of AP when it was he in fact who had given a letter in support of Telangana.
And now after bifurcation, he is again doing the unthinkable by giving away some more villages of AP to those Telanganites.
After bifurcation, 136 villages, 211 hamlets and seven mandals of Khammam district were rightfully transferred to AP by a special ordinance to ensure a hassle free construction of the Polavaram project.
Now five Panchayats are all set to be transferred back to those T-fellows as the AP government has given its approval.
KCR asked Naidu for those Panchayats when he met him recently and Naidu agreed to the same.
The AP government has now issued a ‘no objection’ certificate to the Centre regarding the same.
The Bhadrachalam MLA has been crying that his constituency got smaller after these areas went to AP. The locals also consider themselves to be Telanganites.
And here is the best part. KCR will be putting in another request for the merger of two more Panchayats with Telangana soon. Clearly, there is only one mission of AP CM Chandrababu Naidu and that is to enrich his own community.
How else can one explain giving away AP land to those Telanganites? Will India give away Kashmir to Pakistan because the locals speak Urdu?
It is the curse of AP that at such an important period in its history, it has such a casteist, corrupt and imbecile person at its helm.
