Naidu Wants To Sleep In Modi's Heart!

Telugu Desam Party and Andhra Pradesh chief minister N Chandrababu Naidu is under impression that his one-day Dharma Porata Deeksha demanding implementation of promises made in AP Reorganisation Act has shaken the throne of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

Apparently enthused by the support extended by several national leaders to his deeksha in Delhi, Naidu thundered that he would sleep in the hearts of the Prime Minister.

“Mr Modi, this is my warning. Will you do justice to Andhra Pradesh or face serious consequences in the coming elections?” he asked.

The TDP president went to the extent of saying that Modi was not at all a leader of prime ministerial stature.

“Modi lacks leadership qualities. He doesn't show even a bit of enthusiasm to develop the country," he said.

He thanked the Congress party for its support to 'Dharma Porata Deeksha'.

"We have been successful in conveying our anger through protests in Delhi. We will continue this in AP and also in the parliament until our demands are met," Naidu said after meeting the President of India.

He accused the Central government of dilly-dallying in allocating funds to the state.

"The Centre has failed to fulfill its duties towards AP. I demand that the Central government give the people of AP what is rightfully theirs," said Naidu said.

He lashed out at the YSRC leaders for describing his Dharma Porata Deeksha in Delhi a flop show. It tantamount to betraying the cause of the state.

“How can a meeting with such huge crowds and a turnout of leaders from 17 parties be termed a flop show?” he asked.
