Is Not Jagan Mohan Reddy A Robinhood?

Many direct tax payers assume that the nation is functioning 'only' because of them. They always lament on the government's welfare schemes to the poor, thinking that it is their own tax money which is being distributed.

But the poor people also contribute towards the economy by paying indirect taxes on various things they buy to live. So, the overall tax money is used to run the system in which welfare schemes are also a part. The money distributed to the poor circulates within the state and the system keeping the economy alive.

Vundavalli Arun Kumar said that Jagan Mohan Reddy is increasing taxes and distributing the same to the poor people. In that case, the poor consider him as a Robinhood.

In the same video, taking the example of an auto driver's family, he says that the poor people are very happy in Andhra Pradesh with the schemes as they are almost getting Rs 1 lakh per annum by all kinds of schemes. In that case, then what is the complaint?

His worry is about the loans the state is taking to run the show. The below video gives an answer to this. Click and watch
