Shruti Haasan has initially refused to pair up with Nandamuri Balakrishna. But director Gopichand Malineni has persuaded her to sign the film.
As he is a good friend, she has finally relented, and her name was recently announced.
Five days after the announcement, Shruti Haasan took to social media to thank her director Gopichand.
In her latest tweet, she said she cannot wait to join the film’s shooting.
Her tweet clearly hints that she is coming on to the project solely for her friend Gopichand Malineni. She has not mentioned anything about the film’s lead hero Balakrishna.
“Can’t wait @megopichand Thankyou for making work so fun and being a great friend in the process too.. so excited to work with you again and the whole team!!,” she tweeted.
Shruti Haasan has played as the female lead in Gopichand directed “Krack” and “Balupu” and the #NBK107 marks the third collaboration between them.
