Ravi Teja's "Raja The Great" has been pushed back from October 12 to October 18. Producer Dil Raju postponed the film as it is directly competing with Nagarjuna's "Raju Gari Gadhi 2" that is releasing on October the 13th.
However, there is no huge relief for Ravi Teja. Even after postponement, he will be competing with a big hero.
Tamil superstar Vijay’s “Mersal” is releasing on Deepavali festival as “Adirindhi” in Telugu and the movie will be released in a big way as Sharath Marrar is presenting it.
Although Vijay doesn’t have big fan following in Telugu states, “Adirindhi” is being promoted aggressively as Rajamouli’s father has written the script.
Ravi Teja needs a hit badly. This is his first release since ‘Bengal Tiger’ hit the screens way back in 2015. Since then, he has been going through a bad phase in his career.
His personal life is also mired in controversies with his name popping up in drugs scandal. If Ravi Teja delivers a massive hit now, all his detractors will become silent.
