The new trend is cashing the craze for South Indian movies in the North Indian market.
“Karthikeya 2”, which starred an unknown face to the Hindi audience, made big money in the Hindi belt. So, it doesn’t make any sense not to explore this market say producers Radha Krishna, Naga Vamsi, and director Trivikram.
They want to release their next film with Mahesh Babu (SSMB28) in Hindi.
Mahesh Babu is a superstar and is known to the pan-Indian audience. The producers feel it is the right time for Trivikram to aim pan-Indian market.
However, Mahesh Babu is not showing interest. He wants to go pan-India with Rajamouli’s film, which is a safe bet.
Rajamoui is a bigger brand in Indian cinema than many superstars. If he makes his debut in Hindi with Rajamouli’s film, it will be a safe launch.
The same production house made a big noise about the Hindi release of “Bheemla Nayak” but backed out of it.
So, Mahesh Babu must have some reservations about this film.
