Adivi Sesh's upcoming biographical film Major was supposed to release on May 27th, as one of the summer specials.
The film now avoids clash with Venkatesh and Varun Tej’s F3 which is coming on May 27th.
As freshly announced by the makers, Major will hit the screens on June 3rd. The film will have summer holiday advantage for one week, as schools and colleges will begin from second week in June.
Major is based on the life and times of late decorated Indian soldier Major Sandeep Unnikrishnan who lost his life in 26/11 Mumbai attacks.
Besides Adivi Sesh, the Pan India movie also stars Saiee Manjrekar and Sobhita Dhulipala in key roles.
Sashi Kiran Tikka has directed the movie that has music by Sricharan Pakala.
