Rajinikanth has postponed his plan of resuming the "Robo 2.0". Although he has completed his portions fifty percent, he has to finish off the rest of the work. He fell ill when he was shooting for this movie three months ago and immediately rushed to USA for better treatment.
After the release of "Kabali", he landed in India and took rest at home. As Rajinikanth is back in Chennai and he promised to join the sets from third week of August, the movie's director Shankar resumed the movie's new schedule. But Rajinikanth reportedly asked Shankar to give him some more time to regain the energy.
So, Rajinikanth will only be working again from next month. "2.0" is sequel to the super hit "Robo"/"Enthiran". Amy Jackson is playing the heroine's role and it is made with a whopping Rs 350 Cr budget. The film is slated for release next year.
