Allu Arjun loves films and totally believes in healthy competition among contemporaries. He makes no bones about praising his co-stars and even confesses that he would love to break some of their records.
Well, in the past, when Mirchi became a huge hit, he had said that he wanted to cross the record set by Mirchi. Eventually, he did it with Race Gurram which hit the Rs 50 crore mark.
Now, Bunny is apparently eyeing Prabhas' Baahubali target. Talk is that despite all the records set by Baahubali, Bunny wants to break them by working either with Rajamouli or Shanker, both of whom have begun the trend of setting unreachable records in south.
Meanwhile, it is said that Bunny has already set the ball rolling towards this end and is said to be in talks in Rajamouli. To be fair, Rajamouli too likes the work of Allu Arjun and feels that Bunny does full justice to his character and to his films.
Though the film started off slow, Bunny's latest S/O Satyamurthy touched the Rs 50 crore mark. And now, Bunny is looking for a really big hit.
However, insiders say that before he can break Prabhas' record, he will have to first cross the record set by Mahesh's Srimanthudu at Rs 80 crores.
