After Taapsee, Now Ileana Mocks Tollywood

Taapsee's insulting remarks against Raghavendra Rao’s style of filmmaking received severe backlash from the Telugu film fans that the actress eventually apologized for what she said.

But the media is busy in getting the opinion of other Bollywood actresses who have worked in Telugu film industry.

Ileana, who enjoyed the superstardom in Telugu film industry for many years, also took digs at the working style of our directors.

Ileana didn’t mince any words while talking about her debut film director YVS Chowdary. He is the protégé of Raghavendra Rao who likes to imitate the style of his Guru in picturizing songs.

There was a song in Devadas film where a porcelain shell was dropped on Ileana’s belly in slow motion.

Ileana who was 18 then had no idea of what she was doing and why it was considered sexy. She claimed that the shell had hurt her ab muscles so much.

Ileana still doesn’t know what goes into filmmaking but says that throwing flowers and coconuts at an actress is horrible.

Ileana also recalled of being called ‘Nadumu’ by Telugu film people who used to make rag her for having big hips.

Amy Jackson, who featured in Yevadu didn’t experience any such things but said that she would have thrown the coconut right back at the people who threw them at her.

Amy said she has been fortunate to work with some great directors and good co-stars down south.
