Balakrishna's epic drama Gautami Putra Satakarni release is reportedly advanced by two days.
The film was planned to release on January 13, but the makers have decided to go for January 11th release as Balakrishna’s blockbuster Narasimha Naidu was released on the same date.
So now GPS will be directly clashing with Chiranjeevi’s Khaidi No. 150 that is also slated for release on January 11, 2017.
It would be an epic clash if the makers of both the films refuse to compromise. Fifteen years ago when Chiranjeevi’s Mrugaraju and Balakrishna’s Narasimha Naidu clashed on the same day, Balakrishna had the upper hand. Will the history repeat for itself or is it payback time for Chiranjeevi fans.
Meanwhile, Satakarni runtime is locked at 130 minutes informed our sources. The movie has a stretch of 40 minute VFX shots that are currently under progress.
Audio of Gautami Putra Satakarni will be launched in December. Makers are planning for a grand event for the audio launch.
