Unstoppable is a big hit on Aha platform. An insider says that Balakrishna has taken an overall remuneration of Rs 2.5 Cr for the entire season of Unstoppable#1.
He doesn't know the impact of the show initially. An estimate says that Aha subscriptions rose only with this show. Now season 2 is getting started. As Balayya has got clarity, sources say that he is quoting a better price now.
Though nothing is finalized, it is said that the remuneration of Balayya is being quoted at Rs 10 Cr for the second season of Unstoppable.
After all the negotiations, sources say that it may land at around Rs 5Cr- Rs 6 Cr. After the end of season one, there was a sudden downfall in the subscriptions. So, the OTT platform is expecting a pick up in subscriptions with season#2, as per the sources.
The first episode is going to be with Chandrababu Naidu which will be streamed around Diwali. Attempts are also being made to bring in Pawan Kalyan for this show. With that the OTT is expecting the patronage from TDP and Janasainiks.
