US: Rangasthalam and BAN End Run

This summer has been bountiful for Tollywood in USA as nearly $12 million dollars have come in just two months.

Films like "Chal Mohan Ranga", "Krishnarjuna Yuddham" and "Naa Peru Surya" bombed at box-office during this period, but they too have added nearly $2.2 million dollars to the kitty.

On the other hand, Ram Charan's "Rangasthalam", Mahesh Babu's "Bharat Ane Nenu" and "Mahanati" have together raked in a whopping $9.5 million. Of course, "Mahanati" is still continuing its run.

"Rangasthalam" that was released on March 29 at the US box-office has completed its run. The movie collected a paltry $37 dollars the other day. Which means it has ended its run now. Nevertheless, the film is the biggest hit this year.

Rangasthalam Monday reported gross $37 and total gross $3,513,365

With massive $3.5 million, Ram Charan starrer revenge drama became the most profitable biggie after "Baahubali" movies.

On the other hand, the run of Mahesh Babu's "Bharat Ane Nenu" has come to an end. It is adding nothing. The other day it grossed a mere $100 to the total kitty.

From this weekend along with "Rangasthalam", "Bharat Ane Nenu" will be removed from all screens in the US.

Mahesh Babu starrer political drama turns out to be the second biggest blockbuster this year with a cumulative gross of $3.41 million.

BharatAneNenu Monday reported gross $120 and total gross $3,412,987

It is a huge hit for Mahesh Babu and a marginally profitable film for its distributor.
