Megastar Chiranjeevi is proving why he is called the Boss of Box Office with the collections of Khaidi No. 150.
After beating Baahubali’s day 1 record in AP and Telangana states, Khaidi No. 150 has now surpassed Baahubali first week collections in each and every territory of Andhra.
It is a clean sweep in Andhra as Khaidi outclasses Baahubali in Uttarandhra, Krishna, Guntur, Nellore, East and West Godavari in its first week. However, it couldn’t beat Baahubali’s first week records in Ceded and Nizam.
Beating Baahubali first week records in Andhra is sensational because Khaidi did it with less number of theaters and amid stiff competition.
It collected 4.13 crore in Krishna in seven days, which is phenomenal by any yardstick. It is the first film to collect over 4 crore share in this region. In Uttarandhra it collected 8.15 crore share to create a new record.
Trade says that it would be the first film to collect 10 crore share in this region. Khaidi’s performance in East (6.3 cr), West (4.87 cr), Nellore (2.42 cr) also has been exceptional. In Guntur (5.51 cr) it managed to go past Baahubali first week numbers by a slight margin.
