NATS Fund Raising Event in NJ became grand success

North America Telugu Society (NATS), premier service oriented Telugu national organization conducted a record breaking super successful fundraising event in Edison, New Jersey raising $360,000 to support NATS 4th Convention (NATS 4th America Telugu Sambaralu) being held in Los Angeles, California from July 2ndth to July 4th, 2015.

Donations started pouring in right from the beginning of the event proving that the service activities taken up by NATS have wide support among the Telugu Community across United States.

As part of raising funds for NATS LA America Telugu Sambaralu, fundraising events are being held by NATS in various cities across United States.

This fundraising event was organized by NATS New Jersey Team at Coriander Restaurant, Edison, NJ that was attended by several NATS members, community leaders, doctors, business and IT professionals along with other supporters of the organization. NATS New York and NATS Pennsylavania team members also attended in large numbers.

NATS Vice President Mohan Krishna Mannava welcomed the guests thanking them for their support to NATS. He explained about NATS helpline (1888-4-Telugu) that has helped thousands of people in last several years addressing various issues - Financial help, accident/death support, immigration help, domestic violence, medical help etc.

NATS Chairman Dr.Madhu Korrapati spoke at length describing the various activities that are being held as part of NATS Los Angeles Sambaralu and invited the guests to attend the event and enjoy the hospitality of NATS Los Angeles team.

He mentioned that Convention would show case NATS’s Services, Entertainment, Vision, Hospitality, Achievements, Alumni, Business Seminars, Spirituality, Family Events, Kids programs and Cultural Programs.

NATS Director, Gangadhar Desu and Secretary, NATS Board of Directors Sreedhar Appasani spoke during the occasion. They mentioned that NATS 2015 Sambaralu is going to be a mega event of its kind where over 10,000 people are expected at the Convention center in Los Angeles.

Popular Film starts – Nandamuri Bala Krishna, Rajendra Prasad, Gopichand, Nani, Kajal and several other artists are going to be part of NATS 2015 Mega Convention (NATS 2015 America Telugu Sambaralu). Several Union and State ministers, politicians and renowned artists and business entrepreneurs from both Andhra Pradesh and Telangana states are attending this convention.

The first donation in this event came from Senior Telugu Community leader Mr. Yugandhara Rao Vallabhaneni.

The Prominent donors who pledged $10,000 dollars and ABOVE in this event include Dr.Malla Reddy Pailla, Vimal Kavuru, Rajendra Appalaneni, Srinivas Maddali, Dr.Purna Atluri, Dr. Madhu Korrapati, Gangadhar Desu, Kishore Kancharla and Mohan Krishna Mannava.

Telugu Fine Artis society team attended the event and expressed their solidarity – Srinivas Gandi, Guru Alampalli, Vasanth Tanna, Madhu Anna, Uma Makam etc. Audience were enthralled with superlative songs and melodious music by popular singers - Prasad Simhadri, Harini Sesha Bhattar and Srikanth Sandugu.
