As long as Seemandhra and Telangana agitations were 'on', the caste talk was almost in silence. But now, after the announcement of separation, the caste talk has seen light. It is known that TDP is pampering Kapus in Seemandhra to pull their votes.
On the other hand Congress is luring Kapus promising that the community will be given BC status. Who will win the process and who will gain the most in this tug off war? As a fact of the matter, Kamma and Reddy are the castes those have been ruling the roost.
But the truth should be known that only a few rich people represent the glory of their communities though there will be great number of middle class and poor people among them. The same applies to Kapu community as well. How far Kapus turn towards Congress with BC status is a million dollar question.
On the other hand, if Congress gives BC status to Kapus, a protest or disappointment from other BC communities cannot be ruled out. And how far Chiranjeevi will help Congress in this game has to be seen.
Coming to Pawan Kalyan and his filmy life, it has to be underlined that he is heading towards 50s which means that his career is almost hitting the climax. He has to do good number of films in given time but cannot be lethargic following the slow and steady formula.
