Atlanta Celebrates Rayala Picnic!

People of Rayalaseema have unflinching souls. They are traditionalists, always carrying their pride on the sleeves and in their hearts, wherever they make their homes. They keep strong bonds amongst themselves and live like an extended family.

Small towns of America are good for continuing these bonds but, it has become harder lately for the old timers in huge metropolises like New York, Atlanta, Dallas, and Los Angeles to keep that close bond. There are Rayalaseema people everywhere in these big cities, but hardly meets. There must be a way for these people to meet regularly and get to know their friends and families.

Thanks to Dallas for showing the way by organizing a grand Royal Picnic that had become a huge success last fall, with over three hundred families participating. They had time of their lives, with so many fun programs, most traditional, authentic food, mostly prepared on site! They got to know lot of their kith and kin and long lost friends living in the same city, but never knew!

Atlanta is excited to follow in the tradition set by Dallas. The Royal Atlanta Picnic is being hosted on April 13, 2014 in Bogan Park, 2723 N Bogan Road, Buford, GA 30519.

With over hundred families already accepting the evite, this picnic is sure to become a grand event. It’s open to all Rayalaseema people, but has to be on evite list for the sake of food and other arrangements.

Please visit http://rayalatlanta.gweb.io/ and express your interest in attending the picnic by sending an email and you will be included in the evite.
