Lagadapati's CD War Against KCR

After successfully forcing the UPA government to defer its decision on the Telangana formation, Congress MP from Vijayawada Lagadapati Rajagopal has launched a campaign to run down Telangana Rashtra Samithi president K Chandrasekhara Rao.

Lagadapati, who kicked off Samaikyandhra yatra in Visakhapatnam on Wednesday, released a CD – “Telangana Vidhvamsam – Boothu Puraanam” (Destruction of Telangana and Vulgar Attack) explaining how the Telangana activists were resorting to destructive activities in the region in the name of movement and were abusing in vulgar language those who were striving for the unity of Telugus.

He said KCR’s speech was anti-national and anti-democratic and the government should book a sedition case against the TRS president.

“We will produce this CD as a material evidence in the court,” he said.

The Vijayawada MP went on to claim that 90 per cent of the people in the state were for united Andhra.

“Even in Telangana, majority of the people are for united AP. But they are not able to open their mouths fearing attacks from handful of separatists. While Samaikyandhra is in the hearts of the people, Telangana movement is in the hands of anarchists,” Lagadapati commented.
