The real estate market in Hyderabad has seen the boom and also the slump phase. As of now, the transactions are not happening in hot way but still the real estate experts say there is good potential. The buzz is that the best is yet to come for the builders in the year 2014 when flats for middle class also will touch above Rs 1 crore.
Apparently, some of the market experts say “By 2014, at any cost YSR Congress party will come to power. If that happens Jagan will become the chief minister, and he is really good at creating land boom. We have seen that happening during the time of the late Y S Rajasekhar Reddy.”
They add “With that stroke, farmers and poor people got rich overnight and those who got greedy got trapped. Something like this may happen again. It is not just Hyderabad but the other big cities might see this boom. If our calculations prove right then Hyderabad might become like Mumbai of the south.”
