Dwarkamai Inc (www.dwarkamai.org) is a recognized religious non-profit, tax-exempt organization under IRS code section 501(c)(3). Dwarkamai is dedicated to organizing events and conducting activities directed towards personal spiritual development of the community.
We conduct annual spiritual walk by various devotee families together which includes taking a Shri Shirdi Sai Baba Palki (palanquin) with the picture of our Guru – Shri Shirdi Sai to devotee/invitee homes accompanied by singing of hymns, chanting holy-name and spiritual merriment.
Dwarkamai is the first spiritual organization to bring a large life size 6' beautiful Murti of Shirdi Sai Baba to the Boston area and members of Dwarkamai were the first to conduct Shirdi Sai Palkhi in New England (Boston area) since 2006. Since inception, Dwarkamai has been helping various organizations based on Shri Sai’s philosophy to establish and conduct devotional programs.
Apart from establishing various Sai temples, Dwarkamai has its own Sai temples at two locations: one in North Billerica, MA named as Shri Dwarkamai Vidyapeeth and now, the new temple to be opened in Northborough, MA called Shri Gurusthan. Shri Dwarkamai Vidyapeeth is a Center of Spiritual Excellence, conducting, in addition to regular temple activities at the Center, lectures by Vedic scholars, health and wellness professionals, meditation sessions, education courses, yoga, kid’s enrichment activities and charitable give back to community.
Based on Shri Sai Devotees' request to have a temple close to the Westboro / Shrewsbury / Marlboro/ Northborough area, Dwarkamai has signed a leased space at 107 Otis Street, Northborough, MA for approximately 5000 sq feet temple area location and will be operating Shri Gurusthan, Shri Shirdi Sai Temple, Northborough, MA to serve the devotional needs of Devotees.The temple is located very near to the Walmart on Ruote 9 in Northborough, MA. A large life size 6ft beautiful murthi of Shiridi Sai Baba has been installed in the temple.
