Pawan Kalyan has become the ‘Sarvam’ for all his movies. Right from okaying stories to selecting directors and producers is done by Pawan himself. For any producer willing to invest, Pawan is preparing the project and giving. And the producer should put money in that project only.
 
He is following that since ‘Teen Maar’ and even for ‘Panjaa’ Pawan was everything. Though both of them bombed Pawan took entire responsibility for ‘Gabbar Singh’ and okayed it. Same goes with ‘Cameraman Ganga Tho Rambabu’. This will continue even for Trivikram Srinivas’s new film.
 
There was a talk that Pawan used to involve in the creative aspect of the film but nowadays he is focusing more on setting the project leaving the rest to director and crew. It is heard that except giving few small inputs he is following the director. He is also focusing on wrapping up films quickly and within time. With the confidence he got from ‘Gabbar Singh’ he might continue the same policy.
