Chief Minister N Kiran Kumar Reddy has mastered the art of teaching lessons to the opposition parties, as a technique to cover up his inefficiency in running the administration.
The Congress government, which has messed up the power supply position in the state for the last few years, is definitely caught in a crisis following wide spread protests by farmers, besides domestic and industrial consumers against the massive power cuts. For the last two days, the Telangana Rashtra Samithi legislators had been demonstrating before Vidyut Soudha in protest against lack of power supply to farmers in the Telangana region, resulting in drying of crops.
Instead of resolving the crisis, Kiran Kumar Reddy started preaching to the opposition parties.
“Dharnas and rallies cannot solve the power problem. The state is facing power shortage; that is why we are not able to give complete power supply. The only solution to this is to tell the people to save power as much as possible. The opposition parties should also participate in this campaign to save power,” he said.
