Chief Minister N Kiran Kumar Reddy is taking it easy with the administration; and he feels as if running the government is like playing cricket.

This was the opinion expressed by former union minister and Bharatiya Janata Party senior leader Ch Vidyasagar Rao.

“Kiran often claims himself to be a sportsperson and being a cricketer, he takes every victory and loss non-seriously. But running the government is a different ball game. He cannot take it easy,” he said.

The BJP leader wondered why the Chief Minister has not taken any decision on the resignation of Dharmana Prasada Rao.

“He is answerable to the people as to why he is still continuing Dharmana in the cabinet, despite the CBI indicting the minister in the charge-sheet in connection with VANPIC scam. Govenor E S L Narasimhan should also give an explanation to the people in this regard,” Vidyasagar Rao demanded.
