The culture of remakes and new age heroines reprising the roles of yesteryear beauties has been on the rise. So it is natural that comparisons will take place. And right now something like that is happening between Tamanna and Sridevi. The reason for that is Tammu reprising the role of Sridevi in her Bollywood venture.

We are talking about the film ‘Himmathwala’ which is a remake of the yesteryears hit. This has Ajay Devgn along with Tamanna and recently few stills of the film were release to the media. It had Tammu in a very dynamic and sensuous avatar. Many are trying to evaluate if her beauty and acting is on par with Sridevi.

Sridevi was undoubtedly the queen of Indian cinema during her heydays and her talent was immense mixed with strong sex appeal. And today Tamanna seems to be on the same path showcasing her talent and her oomph factor. Maybe if she can score a hit with the new ‘Himmatwala’ then she might be considered the best bet for Sridevi’s replacement.
