It was with great hype and hoopla the film ‘Damarukam’ took off and many hailed it as a revolutionary film in terms of graphics in Tollywood history. It also happens to be the costliest film ever made in Nagarjuna’s career. However, the current status is, a question has raised if ‘Damarukam’ will release or not.
 
Inside sources reveal that there are no distributors for the film due to the heavy prices being quoted. On the other hand, the producers of the movie R R Movie Makers are going through a funds tight situation. Due to the budget which overshot, they are quoting high price and this is pushing the distributors away.
 
Incidentally, during the start itself Nag reportedly told don’t “I don’t have so much market, don’t invest so much on me.” However, it is heard that producer Venkat said “No Problem”. But with R R Movies scoring repeated flops the banner has gone tight and is now hoping for a breakthrough to get this movie out of the cans.
