That all is not well with the Kiran Kumar Reddy government in the state is now a harsh reality, which is being accepted even by the senior Congress leaders who are known to call spade a spade.

Senior leader and MLC Paladugu Venkat Rao on Thursday made a candid admission that the financial position of the state and the agriculture sector were in a worse situation.

“The state is going through a worst phase now. The law and order situation has gone for a toss. I don’t know how we are able to run the government,” he commented.

Venkat Rao said it was the time the Chief Minister change his style of functioning and immediately take remedial measures to bring the administration back on tracks. Otherwise, the state would plunge into deep crisis, while the Congress party would have to face an irrecoverable loss, he warned.
