It appears that Botsa Satyanarayana has reached the stage of ‘Vairagyam’. After becoming PCC chief, he was willing to pump his own money for the betterment of congress and Gandhi Bhavan activities. But it is heard that the recent developments in the party have led this tough man to dejection.
 
Sources say factors like differences with CM Kiran, struggles to get his name out of liquor syndicate cases, financial issues and standing in front of the high command like he is guilty has added to further gloom on Botsa.  He has a good name for shelling out money for party related activities.
 
But lately Botsa is reportedly suffering due to lack of resources. His entire family moving away from the liquor business and hesitation to take up other businesses is said to be the reason. His close circles reveal that Botsa developed a feeling ‘Even if I spend so much or arrange funds by doing everything, for what I am doing, for whom I am doing’. A leader has revealed that Botsa who assured funds to the candidates during the recent bypolls could not fulfill the commitment completely.
