Well, news is that recently Karthika was roped in as the leading lady for a Tamil movie starring Vishal. This was directed by Sundar C, a veteran and husband of Khushbu.
 
But then, the update is that Karthika has walked out of the project citing there was no scope of performance in that role and it was just a glamour doll character. At a time when she is in desperate need of good hits, Karthika’s move zapped the Tamil Thambis. Only the coming days will reveal the after-effects of this decision.
