Teja has got a sprawling 5 acres of land near Infosys in Kondapur. And adding to that he is establishing two theatres in Visakhapatnam. Teja's career was very short in film industry but the way he earned is marvelous and on par with some senior actors and directors as well.
Inside sources say that his focus is on real estate now and he is looking out for some boom in coming months to sell of his bits and pieces of land and make a film on his own.
