Editorial: NRIs! Please Save Hyderabad

Hyderabad, the city of mixed cultures and IT elegance is going to dogs, literally.

The Telangana movement is taking wrong path by indoctrinating the public in Hyderabad and remote Telangana villages stating that Padmalaya Studios, Annapoorna Studios, Ramoji Film City, Hitec City, Madhapur open lands will be exploited once Telangana state forms and ‘pakka houses’ will be constructed for FREE for them. It sounds eerie but the pity is 40 out of 100 are believing in this and hitting the ground holding pink flags.

The news that Geeta Arts office was occupied has spread like wildfire in remote Telangana villages as well. Now they are coming to conclusion that they can occupy any settler’s property and settle there!!! Telangana leaders are so crooked and nasty that they are shaping their movement this way.

And the professors as well as well-educated public are also watching the free show on channels. Very few are concerned towards the peril that is hitting Hyderabad. Right now many IT companies are getting shifted to Bangalore and Pune.

What the hell these T-leaders talk about irrigation projects? From the past 15 years, the irrigation ministry has seen only Telangana ministers. One is Kadiyam Sreehari of TDP and the other is Ponnala Lakshmiah of Congress. Why can’t they develop irrigation projects and methods in Telengana region? Will the problem, if any, get solution immediately once T-state is formed?

The city is getting destructed soon if the condition prevails. The Telangana activists are teaching the innocent and unemployed people as if the settlers in Hyderabad are on par with the British in pre-independent ear toeing down the locals!!

Sensitize people with your presence here. Preach peace in person. Educate the youth how Hyderabad becomes a grave without any development if this condition prevails. Organize public meetings and seminars in big way that attracts media here. Save Hyderabad. Sustain development.
