For all those who are the followers of the Hindu Dharma, the concept of 'Dasavatharam' has always been the benchmark for the universal existence and while the nine avatars of God has got a history and a reason for the arrival of the supreme being in that form, it is the tenth form that has often been the subject of debate, anticipation, expectation and mystery.
That is the tenth avatar slated to be the 'Kalki' avatar and the legend says that when god arrives in this form, it will be the end of the world and the rise of a new world. The end of the world happens in the hands of the Kalki avatar for a new world of peace to begin. Now, all this has been part of the books that have been written by Ekkirala Veda Vyas who is regarded as one of the most highly evolved intellectuals in the Telugu literary circles.
Though his prediction that the world would come to an end by the year 2000 has not materialized, he has evoked enough confidence in his next statement that says the 'Kalki' avatar will be born in the year 2012 AD at a mysterious place called Sambala in Himalayas and barely twenty plus years after that he would emerge as the ruler of this planet. Apparently, Vyas also mentions that at that point of time the only problem that the entire human race would be facing more than the AIDS problem is that of terrorism and terror strikes.
Apparently, the theory says that about the next thirty years terrorism will have grown in a rather increasing and alarming manner and it is not just the number of people involved with it, this also includes the growth in technology and sophistication that the terrorists will have a rather modernized way of spreading fear and anarchy.
Given the current position of the country when it comes to terrorist attacks, this looks quite possible and who could have imagined what happened about seven years ago on September 11th in the US given the conditions at that point of time. So according to the theory of Vyas, Kalki Avatar will emerge as the terminator of these terrorists and he will wipe away the entire clan of these groups and create a new reign of peace and prosperity.
