The Telangana government has decided to give 15 days for the industries to seek permissions.
It is also planning to introduce a new rule which will propose that the industrialists submit all the required documents for getting clearances.
As per the new rule, all paperwork needs to be finished within 15 days. If the government machinery fails to give permissions within 15 days, then the officials will have to pay a fine and the government will be entitled to take appropriate action.
It is indeed a sensational move to allow single window clearance for the industries.
The ruling might also include special guidelines to make sure that the industrialists do not misuse the provision. If it becomes applicable, then it will be a one-of-its-kind ruling in the country.
