YSRCP Goes Soft On BJP Over Budget

YSRCP Goes Soft On BJP Over Budget

TDP is a friendly party of BJP and like in the case of the railway budget, it has to remain silent about the general budget too irrespective of how it feels.

But the main opposition party in Andhra Pradesh YSRCP is also making little noise as it has promised issue-based support to BJP on various issues.

In fact, Kurnool MP Butta Renuka and ex minister Dharmana Prasada Rao have said that the budget was alright on the whole, while pointing out that more inclusions and provisions should have been made for Andhra Pradesh.

However, they were quick to add that since it is BJP’s first budget, one should give more time to the party to come up with a people-happy budget.

The allocation of Rs 8 lakh crores for farm loans is a laudable measure said Butta Renuka. It is obvious that YSRCP is not totally happy with the budget. Nevertheless, it is being careful by not bombarding the ruling party with spiteful comments.
