Yet Another Impossible Promise

Yet Another Impossible Promise

Nara Lokesh seems to be the apt successor to Chandrababu Naidu going by the promise he made in Peddapuram of East Godavari district on Tuesday.

Just recently, a youth in Vizag committed suicide after addressing a letter to Chandrababu Naidu saying that he was taking the extreme step as he was jobless.

For the record, the TDP campaign ran on the premise that ‘Job kavalante Babu ravali’. But the TDP has thrown all its promises to the wind after coming to power and is instead solely focused on enriching its community in Amaravati at the expense of farmers and the people of the State.

Against this backdrop, Nara Lokesh who was recently elevated to the post of Minister visited Medapadu village in Peddapuram constituency and addressed the gathering there.

Lokesh assured one lakh IT jobs in the next two years and said he would develop AP’s IT sector on a par with Hyderabad.

Next, he said that 5 lakh jobs would be created in the industrial sector in the next three years. That is a total of 6 lakh jobs in the next three years.

Any takers for these promises? How long will Naidu and his men continue to cheat the people of Andhra Pradesh?
