Will KCR, Naidu Break The Ice?

At last, two State Governments of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh have decided to sit across the table and sort out the issues amicably.

Thanks to Governor ESL Narasimhan for taking initiative to make both the Chief Ministers to come to terms and share their views avoiding inconvenience.

Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao and his AP counterpart N Chandrababu Naidu will meet for first time at Raj Bhavan on Sunday from 12 noon to 1 pm to dent out differences with regard to issues daunting them post bifurcation.

They were brought on the same platform at Raj Bhavan. They were seen rather comfortably sharing ideas or views on Friday.

The Governor is understood to have asked them to discuss openly and frankly and resolve issues for welfare and development of the two states post bifurcation.

Subsequently, the two Chief Ministers are said to have closeted for some time and said to have shared their views while exchanging pleasantries on the occasion of 68th Independence Day Celebrations.

Fees reimbursement for engineering students, their nativity, power crisis, common admissions in higher education, Hyderabad joint capital for 10 years, sharing of irrigation waters from Krishna, Godavari and others, inclusion of seven tribal mandals from Khammam to AP, demolition of illegal structures in Hyderabad and GHMC purview, ambiguity in allocation of office chambers in Assembly premises and law and order are some of the issues to be discussed at the meeting.
