There is much speculation in the Congress circles over who wrote Congress Vice-President Rahul Gandhi's Ramlila Maidan speech.
It is believed that Rahul Gandhi's speeches have thus far been written by Mohan Gopal or Sam Pitroda. However, this time it was a young Turk who helped him out.
The buzz is it was Congress media department head Randeep Surjewala who gave `valuable inputs' for the speech.
