What Happened To These TDP Leaders?

The Telugu Desam Party leaders these days seem to be crossing all limits of decency in criticising the rival YSR Congress party leaders, notwithstanding the moral lessons being preached by their boss AP chief minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu.

Hitherto, we have seen only TDP legislator Bonda Uma using cheap comments against YSR Congress party leaders like R K Roja and Chevireddy Bhaskar Reddy, who make aggressive attacks on Naidu and other leaders. But of late, even seniors like Anantapur MP J C Diwakar Reddy and minister Ravela Kishore Babu are also foul-mouthing the opposition party leaders.

Reacting to the sharp political criticism being made by Roja, Ravela on Thursday made a derogatory mark against her, saying she had no feminine qualities.

“If one were to go by her comments, one wonders whether she is really a woman or not. What is her dressing, what is her language? What kind of vulgar language does she speak? She makes the entire womenfolk bow their heads in shame,” Ravela said.

The other day, JC also used abusive language against YSR Congress party chief Y S Jaganmohan Reddy, calling him “tikka munda koduku.” And on Wednesday, he went to the extent of challenging YSRC MLA G Srikanth Reddy saying: “How dare you to say that you would slash my tongue? Come on, do it, if you are a man.”

And in Vijayawada, defected MLA Jaleel Khan came down heavily on Congress MP KVP Ramachandra Rao. He said KVP would be disrobed and beaten, if he made unsavoury comments against the chief minister.
