While sycophants of Chandrababu Naidu are keen to see him elevate his son Nara Lokesh during the Mahanadu in Hyderabad, the Party leadership is having second thoughts on doing so because of recent criticism of his style of functioning by seniors such as KE Krishnamurthy.
Naidu feels that elevation of Lokesh at the Mahanadu will cause further heartburn and wants to postpone the coronation to a later date.
The ‘Andhra Party’ tag attached by the TRS is also becoming an increasingly vexatious issue for the TDP in consolidating its position in Telangana.
The TDP‘s plans to emerge as a national party might be given shape during the Mahanadu. As a Party with a multiple presence across the nation, the TDP will undoubtedly stand a far better chance of coming back to power in Telangana.
