Launching a scathing attack on TRS, Telangana BJP president G Kishan Reddy today alleged that TRS leaders were carrying out false and misinformation campaign against BJP and its candidate for bye-election to Medak Lok Sabha seat.
Kishan Reddy wondered as to why the TRS leaders are afraid of when BJP announced name of Jagga Reddy as its candidate for Medak LS seat.
Referring to false propaganda being carried by TRS, Kishan said TRS president K Chandrasekhar Rao was admitting leaders of different parties, who supported united AP State agenda. But when leaders were joining the BJP, the TRS leaders were leveling charges alleging that they were against separate Telangana, he said.
“Our party candidate for Medak Lok Sabha seat was not against Telangana, but he is against KCR family rule”, he said.
Kishan Reddy challenged the TRS government and Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao to celebrate September 17 as Telangana Liberation Day officially and hoist tricolor on the Golconda fort if he is sincere. The party would launch election campaigning from KCR’s Assembly constituency, he announced.
