Andhra Pradesh government is expected to announce the location of its capital city and the property deals have picked up the pace. These kinds of deals have increased in the locations between Vijayawada and Guntur for the some time now.
As per our sources, at least 2-3 huge properties are supposed to change the hands in Vijayawada, Guntur, Tenali and Mangalagiri regions.
A highly influential source in the state government has informed as that a family entertainment theme park will be constructed in between Vijayawada and Guntur.
Currently, this place is a Haailand Resorts owned by Agrigold Group and they were looking for a loan of close to 800 crore for the development. A major company is likely to buy this place for more than 1000 crores and develop a family entertainment theme park very soon.
However, officials of Agrigold group are denying these reports and said that there is no truth in this news.
