BJP national president Amit Shah here on Friday denied rumors that the Telugu Desam Party was sabotaging entry of former chief minister N Kiran Kumar Reddy into the BJP.
Speaking to media at Vijaywada, Amit Shah wondered how the TDP could influence the BJP decision on the issue?
“Any one who is willing to join our party can do so. There is no iota of truth in the reports that the TDP was preventing entry of Kiran Kumar Reddy into the saffron party”, he added.
He declared that his party would admit all those who are willing to join the saffron party for development of the nation.
Making it clear that the BJP government at the Centre would fulfill all its assurances as enshrined in the AP Reorganisation Act, the BJP chief said an exercise was going on to give special status to AP.
