Nikhil is proving to be a bankable hero in Tollywood and many say that one of the reasons behind his success is his selection of right films. The film is all set for release on March 5 and the actor says it is one of his best and most-awaited releases till date.
Now, there was a rumour that the film would be a thriller of sorts, but recently, Nikhil brushed aside all speculation saying the film is a pure love story.
Of course, there is no denying that Nikhil is under immense pressure to deliver a hit since his past two films Swamy Ra Ra and Karthikeya have been back to back hits. If Surya Vs Surya becomes a hit, he will hit a hat-trick and it will give him a strong foothold in the industry.
The film has Tridha Chowdhary playing the female lead and yesteryears actress Madhubala will be playing Nikhil’s mom in the film. Karthik Ghattamaneni is debuting as the director with the film.
The film’s producer has announced that the movie will have a huge release in almost 700 centres. A visibly excited Nikhil posted in social media saying, “Excited and nervous!”
