Settlers In Hyderabad Are No Pakistanis!

Union Minister for Urban Development M Venkaiah Naidu on Tuesday said the people from Seemandhra region who are settled in Hyderabad are not Pakistanis and as Indians, they have every right to live in Hyderabad.

Addressing TDP-BJP combine election meetings in Sayeedabad, Champapet, Ramanthapur and Karwan wards, the Union Minister alleged that the TRS leaders had tried to project settlers as outsiders and wanted them to leave the city. However, he said as Indians, people from other States and regions have every right to live in the city.

He said that the TDP-BJP combine would not tolerate any injustice with the settlers and would fight for their rights.

Venkaiah Naidu also alleged that the TRS Government was not properly utilising the funds being sanctioned by the Centre for Hyderabad's development.

He accused the MIM of pursuing communal politics while obstructing the city's growth. He said that the TDP-BJP combine has a clear vision on the development of Greater Hyderabad and therefore, people should vote in favour of them to ensure speedy growth.

Telangana BJP President G. Kishan Reddy, MLC N. Ramchander Rao, ex-MLA Baddam Bal Reddy and other senior leaders were also present.
