The state government is about to reveal the capital city very soon and we are getting information about the people who have already bought lands in the region.
A strong buzz is doing rounds among the real estate circle in Andhra Pradesh that Bharat Ratna Sachin Tendulkar has bought 100 acres of land in Mangalagiri.
Speculations are strong that the capital city would be in between Vijayawada and Guntur and along with these cities; Tenali and Managalagiri will also be developed just like Delhi NCR (National Capital Region).
Adding to this buzz, Sachin Tendulkar is visiting Vijayawada in August 1st to inaugurate a shopping mall of PVP many have already started to connect both these things.
