Firebrand YSR Congress party MLA R K Roja, who has reportedly got hurt with the reprimand from her boss Y S Jaganmohan Reddy for her loose tongue and abstained from the his Maha Dharna programme at Visakhapatnam a couple of days ago, on Saturday made it clear that she won’t be quitting the party.
Speaking to media in Hyderabad, Roja rubbished reports that she was getting sidelined in the party and was contemplating defecting to the other party.
“This is silly. When I was in the Telugu Desam Party, Naidu got me defeated from Nagari because of caste equations. After that, Jaganmohan Reddy and his family gave me political rebirth. So, there is no question of resigning from the YSRC. I will remain loyal to Jagan till my last breath,” she said.
To a question, Roja said she would never go back to the TDP in her life. At the same time, she ruled out joining the Jana Sena Party floated by power star Pawan Kalyan.
“This party has no head or tail. How can I even think of joining Jana Sena?” she asked.
