Lakshmi Rai is the girl who is all set to take over the industry say industry insiders. In the past, Lakshmi Rai was in news for her affair with Mahendra Singh Dhoni and together they made headlines. At the time, the ad they did together got country-wide publicity.
Later, she was gone for a while and now talk is that she will be seen in Sardar Gabbar Singh in an item song. Well, surely the song will give a huge push to her career say Tollywood insiders.
That apart, she is all set to do Julie-2. The film is the sequel to Julie which had released some 10 years back and which got Neha Dhupia her name and fame.
Neha had a rather slow run at Bollywood till Julie and she became an overnight sensation. She was suddenly the hot girl and she got offers for a couple of years. Then, things went back to normal.
And now Lakshmi Rai is all set to repeat the mood with Julie-2. Though it remains to be seen if she can repeat the magic of Neha Dhupia on the big screen.
